Shrimp Group Slams Commerce Method In Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (February 7, 2011, 5:26 PM EST) -- The Ad Hoc Shrimp Trade Action Committee argued before a Federal Circuit panel on Monday that the U.S. Department of Commerce erred in picking the respondents to consider in a review of dumping margins on imported shrimp.

A three-judge panel in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit heard oral arguments from the committee and the government on the question of whether Commerce correctly chose the respondents and the types of sales to consider in the review.
