Loeb & Loeb Snags Ex-Federal Prosecutor From Orrick

Law360 (February 8, 2011, 1:17 PM EST) -- An ex-federal prosecutor who has represented clients ranging from politicians to international corporations has left Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP to join Loeb & Loeb LLP's white collar criminal defense, corporate compliance and investigations group in New York.

Loeb & Loeb announced on Monday that Jay Musoff had joined its white collar group as a partner, where he will continue to represent corporations and their top brass in insider trading, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act,  tax shelter, securities, accounting fraud and government contractor fraud investigations.
