Law360, New York (February 8, 2011, 3:11 PM EST) -- A group of former Jenkens & Gilchrist LLP lawyers and other professionals accused of helping wealthy clients cheat on their taxes have largely lost their bid to prune various charges from the criminal indictment brought against them.
