Exec Admits To Auto Lights Price-Fixing Scheme

Law360, New York (February 8, 2011, 6:24 PM EST) -- An executive at a U.S. distributor on Tuesday agreed to serve six months in prison for his role in a conspiracy to fix prices on replacement auto lights, marking the government’s first charge in its probe of the alleged scheme.

Polo Shu-Sheng Hsu will also pay a $25,000 fine and assist the U.S. Department of Justice in investigating his alleged co-conspirators, according to prosecutors, who finalized the plea agreement with Hsu in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
