KeySpan To Pay $3M To Overbilled N.H. Customers
The settlement, which was revealed during a hearing before the Commission Tuesday, concludes an investigation into KeySpan’s billing procedures initiated by the NHPUC in June 2006. Following the investigation, KeySpan said that it had overbilled its customers $2.3 million since May 2001, and would repay that amount plus interest.
