Iconix Nets $45M In Trademark Dispute

Law360, New York (April 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A California jury has handed Iconix Brand Group Inc. a victory in a longstanding trademark infringement lawsuit, awarding the fashion brand owner $45 million in compensatory damages.

On Tuesday, the group found in favor of Iconix on every one of the claims pursued, putting an end to a wide-ranging dispute that dragged on for nearly three years in Los Angeles County’s Superior Court.
