Ferrari Drops F150 Name For Race Car After Ford Sues

Law360, New York (February 10, 2011, 3:43 PM EST) -- Italian carmaker Ferrari SpA agreed Thursday stop using the F150 designation to describe its new F150th Italia race car a day after Ford Motor Co. filed a suit in Michigan claiming consumers could confuse the race car with its F-150 truck.
