Palantir, I2 Settle Trade Secrets, Copyright Case

Law360 (February 14, 2011, 1:43 PM EST) -- A federal judge has approved a settlement resolving a copyright and breach of contract lawsuit in which intelligence software maker i2 Inc. accused Palantir Technologies Inc. of being part of a conspiracy to misappropriate its software and trade secrets.

Judge Liam O'Grady of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia on Thursday signed a stipulation of dismissal between i2 and defendants Palantir, SRS Enterprises LLC, Shyam Sankar, Nochur Sankar and Dr. Asher Sinensky.
