Contractor Pact Unfair To 3rd-Party Insurers: Court

Law360 (February 14, 2011, 7:44 PM EST) -- An Arizona appeals court has upheld a ruling that developer Hancock Communities LLC breached its duty to cooperate with several third-party insurers by entering into an agreement to settle a construction defect class action for more than $8.4 million.
