Judge Tosses Texas Power Line Suit Against Army Corps

Law360, New York (February 15, 2011, 1:22 PM EST) -- A federal judge has dismissed a suit alleging the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers approved a transmission line project in Texas without considering the environmental impact, ruling that the government did not abuse its discretion.
