Counsel To Key House Committee Joins O'Melveny

Law360 (February 15, 2011, 2:46 PM EST) -- A former False Claims Act prosecutor who went on to direct some of the most high-profile congressional investigations in recent years has joined O'Melveny & Myers LLP's Washington office as senior counsel.

David Leviss comes to O'Melveny after serving as the chief oversight counsel for the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, the firm announced Monday.
