Appeals Court Upholds Injunction On Generic Topamax

Law360 (April 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The battle over generic Topamax continues, even with the dismissal of Mylan Laboratories Inc.’s appeal of a temporary restraining order barring it from bringing a version of Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical Inc.’s blockbuster epilepsy drug to market.

On Thursday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit dismissed the appeal of the preliminary injunction issued by the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
