NC Asks High Court To Review $1B TVA Emission Ruling

Law360, New York (February 15, 2011, 1:34 PM EST) -- North Carolina has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review its loss in a case that nearly required the Tennessee Valley Authority to spend $1 billion to install emissions controls at four coal-fired power plants in Alabama and Tennessee.
