Ford Windstar Axle Defect Suit Trimmed

Law360, New York (February 15, 2011, 8:00 PM EST) -- A federal judge has refused to strike down class allegations in a suit that accuses Ford Motor Co. of trying to cover up a defective rear axle in its Windstar minivans, but agreed to trim a few claims from the case.
