2nd Circ. Trims, Remands Taxi Ad Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (February 15, 2011, 6:49 PM EST) -- The Second Circuit on Tuesday partially affirmed a district court's dismissal of an antitrust suit brought by taxi rooftop advertising company Astra Media Group LLC, ruling that federal claims were properly dismissed but that state law claims were not.
