Ford Asks Court For Red Light On Engine Class Suits

Law360, New York (February 15, 2011, 6:21 PM EST) -- Ford Motor Co. on Tuesday asked a federal court to pull the brakes on all putative class actions over alleged defects in the company's Power Stroke diesel engines, claiming that plaintiffs' attorneys have been forum shopping their class certification bids.
