IBM Ordered To Pay Some Of Compuware's Legal Costs In Copyright Suit

Law360 (September 27, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has ordered IBM Corp. to reimburse Compuware Corp. for costs associated with evidence that IBM produced only three months before the rival software maker’s lawsuit was scheduled to go to trial.

Magistrate Wallace Capel Jr. also postponed the trial to February next year from the originally scheduled trial date of Nov. 8.
