2nd Circ. Clears Hedge Fund In Compensation Suit

Law360, New York (February 16, 2011, 6:09 PM EST) -- The Second Circuit has thrown out a former Vision Capital Advisors LLC employee’s claims that the hedge fund shortchanged him for two years of work building a technology platform.

In a nonprecedential order Wednesday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit concluded that the lower court correctly granted summary judgment to Vision Capital because the terms of the alleged contract were unenforceable.
