Rite Aid Gets Overtime Actions Tossed

Law360 (February 17, 2011, 1:29 PM EST) -- A federal judge has tossed a pair of putative class actions asserting state law overtime claims against Rite Aid Corp., finding the cases inherently incompatible with a pending Fair Labor Standards Act collective action over the same issue.
