Freddie Mac Ex-CFO Faces Possible SEC Action

Law360, New York (February 17, 2011, 1:12 PM EST) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has notified ex-Freddie Mac Chief Financial Officer Anthony Piszel about a possible civil enforcement action against him as part of the agency's investigation into the mortgage giant's collapse.

Piszel resigned his position as CFO at data provider CoreLogic Inc. shortly after receiving a Wells notice from the SEC, according to a recent SEC filing by CoreLogic.
