Matt Drudge Settles Newspaper Copyright Lawsuit

Law360, New York (February 17, 2011, 5:52 PM EST) -- Matt Drudge, proprietor of the news website Drudge Report, has put to rest a copyright infringement suit alleging he misappropriated a newspaper photo, allowing him to retain his domain name, which the plaintiff had sought to take over.
