Nucor Workers Win Class Cert. In Race Bias Action

Law360, New York (February 18, 2011, 3:21 PM EST) -- A federal judge has granted class certification in a race bias suit against Nucor Corp., partially dismissing arguments by both the defendant and plaintiffs, which had pushed differing interpretations of an appeals court ruling that overturned an earlier denial of certification.
