Microsoft Wins Access To Datel Xbox Docs

Law360 (February 18, 2011, 9:06 PM EST) -- Microsoft Corp. has won a bid to force Datel Holdings Ltd. to produce documents and sample products in a suit accusing the computer giant of pushing Datel out of the market for Xbox 360 accessories.
