Law360, New York (February 18, 2011, 3:13 PM EST) -- A federal judge has approved a $3.25 million settlement of a class action by stockholders of formerly bankrupt GSI Group Inc. who had accused the semiconductor technology manufacturer of filing misleading financial statements before it went into Chapter 11 protection.
Judge George A. O'Toole Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts signed off on the settlement between the company and the class on Wednesday.
