FTC Clears Cargotec's $190M Navis Buy

Law360, New York (February 18, 2011, 3:32 PM EST) -- The Federal Trade Commission has granted an early termination of its antitrust review of Cargotec Corp.'s $190 million purchase of terminal operator systems provider Navis from Zebra Technologies Corp.

The FTC said on Thursday that it had accepted the companies' request for an early termination, meaning the agency has completed its antitrust review of the deal and opted not to take any enforcement action during the deal's statutory waiting period.
