Escopeta Fights Endangered Listing For Alaskan Whales

Law360, New York (February 18, 2011, 6:27 PM EST) -- Escopeta Oil Co. LLC has asked a federal court to set aside the U.S. government's designation of beluga whales in Alaska's Cook Inlet as an endangered species, arguing that the action is unnecessary and conflicts with applicable law.
