SNC-Lavalin Hit With $2.4M Verdict For Faulty Pipe

Law360, New York (February 18, 2011, 6:29 PM EST) -- A jury for a state court in Texas has handed down a more than $2.4 million verdict against Houston-based SNC-Lavalin Engineers & Constructors Inc. for making a faulty pipe system that injured an Exxon Mobil Corp. employee.
