Chem Rx Claims Former Exec Lured Clients To Rival

Law360, New York (February 22, 2011, 1:29 PM EST) -- PharMerica Corp. subsidiary Chem Rx Pharmacy Services LLC has accused a former executive of breaching an employment agreement by joining a competitor and taking Chem Rx employees and clients with him.

The suit, filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, seeks at least $100,000 in compensatory damages from former Chem Rx executive Michael Segal and at least $1 million in punitive damages from his new employer PharmScript LLC.
