Chocolate MDL Plaintiffs Can't Add Ill. State Claim

Law360 (February 22, 2011, 5:35 PM EST) -- A federal judge has said a U.S. Supreme Court ruling on state laws that restrict federal class actions does not allow plaintiffs in a multidistrict litigation over alleged price-fixing by chocolate makers to add a claim under Illinois state antitrust law.
