WTO Sides With Brazil Over US In OJ Zeroing Fight

Law360, New York (February 22, 2011, 5:01 PM EST) -- A World Trade Organization panel has sided with Brazil in a dispute over U.S. anti-dumping duties imposed on imported orange juice, according to Brazilian officials.

Brazil's Foreign Ministry said Monday that the WTO panel had issued its final report upholding its interim findings taking issue with the U.S. policy.

The ministry declined to comment on the contents of the report — which remains confidential until it is circulated to WTO members — but said the decision was a "major victory [for] Brazil" on an important trade...
