High Court Nixes Argentina's Asset Seizure Appeal

Law360, New York (February 22, 2011, 4:51 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday refused to hear Argentina's appeal of a ruling that allows vulture fund creditors to seize an Argentine trust fund's assets as part of its recovery on hundreds of millions of dollars in defaulted bonds.
