Liberty Mutual Units Want Off Hook For Four Loko Suits

Law360, New York (February 23, 2011, 4:01 PM EST) -- Two Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. subsidiaries filed suit Tuesday in Illinois in an effort to avoid covering the maker of Four Loko in product liability suits over the caffeinated alcoholic drink, which federal authorities have effectively banned.
