Judge Tosses Religious Challenge To Health Care Act

Law360 (February 23, 2011, 3:28 PM EST) -- A federal judge in Washington nixed one of many lawsuits challenging the federal health care law on Tuesday, shooting down the plaintiffs' argument that the statute's provision requiring individuals to buy health insurance is unconstitutional and violates religious freedom.
