GAO Denies Protest Over Navy Hospital Contract

Law360 (February 23, 2011, 6:27 PM EST) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office revealed Wednesday it denied an Italian health care provider's protest over a U.S. Navy hospital contract, saying the Navy acted reasonably allowing a lower-priced bidder to compete before it was fully registered with a federal contractor database.
