6th Circ. Overturns Police Sick Leave Decision

Law360 (February 23, 2011, 4:54 PM EST) -- The Sixth Circuit on Wednesday overturned a ruling that favored plaintiffs in a class action brought by Columbus, Ohio, police officers over a directive requiring that they provide a doctor's note in order to be granted sick leave.
