Zurich Seeks To Avoid Defense In $37M Pipeline Suit

Law360, New York (February 23, 2011, 5:58 PM EST) -- Zurich American Insurance Co. asked a federal judge on Monday to find that it does not have to defend Latex Construction Co. in a contract suit seeking at least $36.8 million for botched work on a natural gas pipeline.
