Considering Cap-And-Trade Details In Calif.

Law360 (March 3, 2011, 3:28 PM EST) -- In December 2010, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) adopted the nation’s largest greenhouse gas cap-and-trade program. Recent commentary on the program has quite understandably focused on a lawsuit by the Association of Irritated Residents (AIR) and, more particularly, on the potential for that lawsuit to force CARB to set aside its December approval of cap-and-trade.
