Law360, New York (February 24, 2011, 7:49 PM EST) -- A California state judge began hearing oral arguments Thursday on whether a bankrupt floor tile manufacturer can assert an alter ego claim against its one-time parent to shift liability for the asbestos tort claims that pushed it into insolvency.
