Law360 (February 24, 2011, 1:20 PM EST) -- Wrestling superstar Hulk Hogan slammed a Missouri car sales company on Tuesday, alleging in a Florida lawsuit that one of its dealerships has been using an imitation of his voice to shill automobiles without permission.
Joseph W. Bain of Novak Druce & Quigg LLP lodged the suit on behalf of the wrestler and Hogan Holdings LLC in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, accusing Southland Imports Inc. of promoting its St. Louis Kia dealership with radio commercials using an imitation of Hogan's voice and his signature catchphrases.
