Hulk Hogan Hits Car Dealer With Trademark Suit

Law360, New York (February 24, 2011, 1:20 PM EST) -- Wrestling superstar Hulk Hogan slammed a Missouri car sales company on Tuesday, alleging in a Florida lawsuit that one of its dealerships has been using an imitation of his voice to shill automobiles without permission.
