Court Denies Preliminary Injunction In Thermage Patent Suit Vs. Syneron

Law360, New York (September 28, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal court has denied medical device maker Thermage Inc.’s bid for a preliminary injunction against Israeli rival Syneron Medical Ltd. over a wrinkle treatment.

In a 12-page opinion, a judge with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California rejected a motion for a preliminary injunction against the sale of Syneron's Polaris WR wrinkle treatment device in the U.S., Syneron said.
