Supreme Court Passes On Monsanto Row

Law360, New York (April 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to weigh in on a dispute involving Monsanto Co., refusing to hear claims of patent misuse and antitrust violations hurled at the agrochemical giant over its Roundup Ready licensing arrangements.

On Monday, the High Court denied Mitchell Scruggs’ petition for a writ of certiorari, letting stand a decision previously handed down by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
