Supreme Court Passes On Monsanto Row

Law360 (April 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to weigh in on a dispute involving Monsanto Co., refusing to hear claims of patent misuse and antitrust violations hurled at the agrochemical giant over its Roundup Ready licensing arrangements.
