Genetic Research Co. Loses Patent License Appeal

Law360, New York (February 24, 2011, 6:34 PM EST) -- The Seventh Circuit has upheld a decision against a genetic research company in its breach of contract suit alleging a bioengineering professor licensed a DNA sequencing patent at an academic rate but used it in a private business venture.
