Terror Victims Ask 2nd Circ. To Revive $650M AmEx Suit

Law360, New York (February 25, 2011, 2:25 PM EST) -- Victims of rocket fire in Israel sought Friday to revive a $650 million suit accusing American Express Bank Ltd. and another bank of aiding terrorists, arguing before the Second Circuit that it shouldn't have been tossed for jurisdiction reasons.
