Judge Splits Milk Antitrust MDL Into 2 Trials

Law360 (February 25, 2011, 1:40 PM EST) -- A federal judge in Tennessee on Thursday split into two trials a multidistrict litigation that alleges antitrust violations in the milk industry, giving dairy farmers the first crack at trying their claims against Dean Foods Co. and others.
