Law360 (February 25, 2011, 5:45 PM EST) -- A Los Angeles investment adviser's estate lost its bid Thursday to ditch a slew of claims brought in New York by the liquidating trustee for Bernard Madoff's investment firm, who claims the adviser received $1 billion from Madoff's scheme.
