Tobacco Cos. Sue FDA Over 'Biased' Advisory Board

Law360, New York (February 25, 2011, 8:46 PM EST) -- Lorillard Inc. and R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. on Friday sued to force the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to remove allegedly biased members from a committee that advises it on tobacco science.
