High Court Won't Hear Challenge To Ohio SBE Program

Law360, New York (February 28, 2011, 6:51 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court refused Monday to hear an appeal sought by Cleveland Construction Inc., which accused Cincinnati's small-business enterprise program of violating its constitutional rights and costing it a drywall contract.

The high court denied CCI's petition for writ of certiorari, following a denial by the Ohio Supreme Court in September because the request didn't involve any substantial constitutional questions.
