Truck Maker Takes Drug Benefits Case To 6th Circ.

Law360 (February 28, 2011, 5:50 PM EST) -- A truck maker Monday said it would ask the Sixth Circuit to reverse a ruling that the manufacturer lacked the authority to change prescription drug benefits for retirees under a 1993 class action settlement.

Navistar International Corp. filed its notice of appeal in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, saying it wanted the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit to review the decision rendered Thursday by Judge Walter Herbert Rice.
