DOC To Review 2010 Chinese Furniture Import Duties

Law360, New York (February 28, 2011, 4:59 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce announced Monday that it will review anti-dumping duties on wooden bedroom furniture imported from China during the past year, including products from a company that requested a deferral of the review due to pending litigation over the tariffs.

The U.S. International Trade Administration will take up the administrative review of the anti-dumping duty order on these imports for the period covering Jan. 1, 2010, through Dec. 31, 2010, with respect to more than 200 companies, including Chinese producer Dorbest Ltd., the...
